Help required during Spring Fours

DNBC MENS SPRING FOURS HELPERS – 14/15th Sept 2019
40 TEAMS – 20 TABLES – 160 BOWLERS
SATURDAY 15th        Bowls commence 1200 noon (2 x 14 ends set play plus tie breaker if required)
Arrival                                    4 helpers required 
0930-1230hrs                         Tea and coffee on arrival
                                                Salad rolls  – (140 rolls expected to be required) 
Nibbles                                  4 helpers required
1500 – 1600hrs                      Plating up nibbles (cheese & biscuits, olives etc)
                                                1 plate per table (8 players) – 20 PLATES – 3 helpers
1600 – 1800 hrs                     Cooking 300 sausages and onions, preparing 140 buns – 3 helpers
Nibbles and clean up                                                   
SUNDAY 16th             Bowls commence 1000hrs (2 x 14 ends set play plus tie breaker if required) 
Arrival                                   3 helpers required 
0830- 1000 hrs                       Bread (10 french sticks) and vegemite and iced bun, tea and coffee on arrival
Luncheon service and cleanup             8 helpers required
1000 -1200 hrs                        Set up 20 tables for luncheon service – 6 helpers
1200 – 1400 hrs                      Luncheon service – 8 helpers required (Showcase preparing meal)
                                                DNBC to deliver plated meals to table.
Table and kitchen clean up after luncheon service
After event nibbles               Pizzas, cheese & biscuits (Pizzas will be delivered)
1500-1700hrs                         4 helpers required
                                                Plating up cheese and biscuits – (20 plates), service and cleanup
