Jesse & Gwenda win Championship Mixed Pairs 2022

This event was held on Sunday 6th February and started out in good conditions but turned wet and blustery for the final five ends.

Jesse and Gwenda beat the Richardsons in the semi.

The score line did not reflect the quality of the game. On the 9th end Jesse removed the Richardsons’ shot bowl to score a five and take a match winning lead.

Jesse and Gwenda played consistently good bowls to beat Ross and Pam Donald in the final. A six on the 7th end established a match winning lead.
