A hot day and strict adherence to the Covid regulations did not deter over one hundred lady bowlers from both metropolitan and regional clubs from enjoying a day’s bowls at this popular annual event, brilliantly managed by the lady bowlers of the club.
The winners on the green (three of whom are pictured above with Ellen Siggins of event sponsor Bethanie) were a composite team of:
Deb Neaves, Viv Wood, Judy Freedman and Chery Cocosis.
Second were a team from Cockburn (pictured below) of:
Faye Harriss, Tanya Perico, Debbie Stewart and Leanne Ricci.
Third were one of Sorrento’s four teams:
R. Mosseveld, Coral Smith, Barbara Lorenzo and Wendy Flack.
