The Project                                                               
Once complete, Revue on Waratah will comprise of 14 residential apartments and three commercial spaces.  The project is currently under development at 95 Waratah Ave, Dalkeith.  One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will be located over floors one to four with the commercial space occupying the ground floor.
Pricing for two-bedroom apartments begins at $799,000 while three-bedroom apartments will be priced from $1,400,000 up to $1,645,000.  There is a single one-bedroom apartment priced at $490,000.
The form of the Revue building design draws from the intrinsic characteristics of the locale – beautiful gardens and handsome homes.  Acknowledging the height of the building (five levels) we still sought for the building to be gentle to the eye and be within a relatable scale of the surrounds.  By using curves to bring a shapeliness and added visual interest, we believe our design will complement the Waratah Avenue community hub.
