Suckling Pig @ DNBC
On Wednesday 17th June 67 of us got together for a casual dinner.
Our main attraction of roast Pig was presented and carved magnificently by David Torre – from Torre butchers in Lake Street, Northbridge, who generously donated his time and experience.
Joel did a great job when he put on his Chefs hat once again to orchestrate the kitchen smoothly and do the needed final touches of preparation
Though not officially on our programme, lamb on a spit may be a good way to welcome early spring.
For those going on the Singapore trip, have a wonderful happy time ..
