Marion Wood, Life Member of the Dalkeith Nedlands Bowling Club and Past President of the Ladies Club, turned 100 on the 8th of January 2022.
Today, Friday the 21st January, many current and past lady members of the club joined Marion in a celebration of this milestone and in acknowledgement of her wide-spread contribution to the club over many years. Marion always brought her well-known charm and enthusiasm to the clubhouse and the green.
Club President Alan Pitman and Joan Robins both spoke of Marion’s many contributions to the life of the club over many years.
